Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products from KidSense – you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.


You can submit an order for products from www.kidsense.co.uk by completing the details on our order summary page and clicking the send order button. You may also order over the phone by calling +45 86142265.  All prices are in £UK pounds sterling.

Acceptance of Order

We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. We reserve the right to refuse any order submitted.


All the prices on our website are excluded of VAT unless indicated otherwise. Some items may be vat exempt, please contact us to verify. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. Errors and omissions excluded.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit card payments through paypal, you do not need a paypal account although you can make payments through your account if you have one.
You can pay by bank transfer (BACS), contact us on +45 86142265
 and we will advise our bank details.
We also accept payment by cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Please print a copy of the order confirmation email, and post it to us with your cheque. On clearance of the cheque we will despatch your order.


We accept secure online payments via Epay secure servers. A paypal account is no longer required to make payments, its now simply a matter of selecting which card you wish to have debited.

We do not store your card details, we don't even see them. When you purchase goods from us it is done via a secure server using Paypals 128 bit SSL encryption. (the highest available commercially)

Alternatively you can pay us by cheque, in which case we then only need your name and address. This process will take longer as cheques will need 5 working days to clear.


KFN Aps is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Your personal information will only be used for the following reasons
1. Process of your order.
2. To contact you if we have a problem with your order.
3. Internal data analysis to improve the website and our service to you. (If you wish to prevent this happening you can usually modify your browser to prevent "cookies" from being stored)

We will not let your details be used by a third party and we will give you the option to opt out of our marketing emails.

We don't store your credit card details. (See our security section)

You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we delete it or correct it.


We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days. For larger items, a delivery day will be specified for you to receive your order which can be delivered anytime between 9 am and 5 pm.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days you should contact us for a consignment number to track your item. Any urgent deliveries should be notified by email quoting the order number and we’ll do our best to despatch it to you next day, although we cannot guarantee this.
We use a next day courier service for larger items and Royal Mail signed recorded delivery for smaller items. All delivery costs are displayed on the website. We ship to the UK and Europe, for all other destinations you need to contact us for a price.


We try to keep stock items up-to-date, however if your item is not in stock for any reason we will back order for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order and your money will be refunded in full if you would rather not wait.

Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly marked on the product information page prior to ordering. If in the unlikely event a normal stock item becomes unavailable and we are not able to deliver within the usual 5 working days we will contact you via email indicating an estimated delivery date and asking you whether you would like to continue with the order or cancel.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by the delay for delivery of the goods whatsoever.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES: Some products have a 1 – 3 week lead time if they become out of stock. We will advise you of the lead time with the option to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Product Description

To the best of our knowledge the product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date, but due to product development, design and specification changes, these may vary from time to time. The images on our site are to assist with your selection and you may find slight variation in colour. All weights and measurements are approximate.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English Law and both parties agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts Damage & Errors

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods from us please inform us prior to returning the goods to obtain a return note number. We will then arrange a refund or replacement; in this case we will refund all postage costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and complete with all box inserts and accessories. We recommend that you used recorded mail and obtain proof of postage for any returns faulty or otherwise we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit that are being returned to us. Unwanted Goods

If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your goods, please return it unused in it’s original condition and packaging for a refund. We need to be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods that you wish to return them and a refund will be issued within 30 days. We cannot accept returns after the 7 day notification period has elapsed. We recommend that you used recorded mail and obtain proof of postage for any returns faulty or otherwise.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund your postage costs for returned goods, or for the original shipping costs in sending the product to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.


The products sold via this web site have been manufactured to comply with statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the UK. All our new products are covered by a manufacturers warranty for defects in manufacturing and/or materials. In the event of a fault, we will either send replacement parts to you or uplift your faulty products, repair and return your product. If we are unable to repair, a replacement will be offered. If we are unable to replace we will refund your money, provided the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed and there has been no misuse. Any items being returned for refund must be returned complete including all accessories.
If accidental damage occurs that is not a manufacturing fault or the guarantee has expired a repair may be possible which will be chargeable. Likewise the cost of transporting and returning your product will be chargeable too. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
